Review of the 'development' - a full feasibility study of the project, its objectives and its market potential. Market analysis - The study to include an assessment of the potential support for product within the area and the broader target markets. Competitive analysis, SWOT analysis etc. A review of all relevant Market information from relevant tourism bodies by country, region etc. Review and interview with local community to understand current employment and opportunities to be identified and defined. Full review of all current tourism attractions, scenic, historical, adventure and eco-tourism activities. Project Feasibility Analysis - based on the above criteria we would assess what the feasibility would be and apply greater detail to the financial projections for the development. Estimated total capital outlay including infrastructure cost and cash flow, including potential income.
