Mahenye Safari Lodge is situated on an island in the Save River, adjacent to Gona-re-Zhou National Park in south-eastern Zimbabwe. As one of the premier reserves within Zimbabwe, it is host to a spectacular diversity of fauna and flora, and is one of the best known birding regions within southern Africa. |
The lodge accommodates 16 guests in 8 twin bedded lodges constructed from local wood, thatch and woven reeds. Each lodge has en suite bathroom facilities with shower, overhead fan and each with its own balcony. The central lodge with dining area and upstairs bar and swimming pool have views along the Save River. |
